How it Works.

Decide to chaperone tours, offer self-tours, or both

Self-tours automate the showing process, allowing buyers or buying agents to tour without scheduling, as long as your preset availability permits.
Buyers or buying agents request a tour of your home

Showing requests require your approval if you have pre-approval requirements, such as proof of income. Otherwise, they are scheduled automatically based on property availability.
Everyone is kept up to date with reminders

Receive notifications of tour changes and reminders of your upcoming showing.
The scheduled tourer biometrically re-verifies their identity to begin the tour

Whether you’re chaperoning the tour or a buying agent is touring, they re-verify their ID to ensure they have secure and authorized access to the property.
Stay in contact

Use the app to chat with buyers during their tour if you’re not present, and follow up afterward to address any additional questions.
