All tours cost $5. This can be covered by the owner / manager of this listing or visitors. We recommend owners / managers assign self-tour fees to visitors.
InstaShow requires government-issued photo ID document (Passport, Driver’s license, US military ID card, etc.). We verify these documents and perform a basic background verification. No ID no access to your property.
We leave that up to you as the owner/manager, you can have the visitor cover the tour fee using visitor pay which also provides additional verification of the visitor’s identity before scheduling a tour. We recommend the visitor pay setting.
No. The visitor does not have to complete the Identification again. We do verify that the user that created the account is the same user accessing your property at the door with live biometric verification, we use that verification to unlock the door.
If the visitor requests the Owner of the listing to be present, yes. But, if they chose No and you have a bluetooth lock assigned to the listing, they can take a self-tour.
Owners/managers use our robust scheduler to set the times and dates the property available. The recommended availability is 8am to 8pm or hours when your staff is available to manage chats during tours.
Yes, everyone who is assigned to the property will be included in all notifications from scheduled tours to visitor chats. Notifications can be managed depending on team member roles.
InstaShow+ tours are set in 30-minute increments. If no tour is scheduled after the current tour, the visitor will have an opportunity to extend their tour for an additional 15 minutes.
