What are my payment options?

Our paid plans accept all major credit cards.

Is there anything else I need to get started after sign up?

You will need a bluetooth smart lock box or deadbolt. Visit our Hardware page to see which models work best with InstaShow.

How do tour fees work?

All tours cost $5. This can be covered by the owner / manager of this listing or visitors. We recommend owners / managers assign self-tour fees to visitors.

How do users verify their identity?

InstaShow requires government-issued photo ID document (Passport, Driver’s license, US military ID card, etc.). We verify these documents and perform a basic background verification. No ID no access to your property.

Do visitors need to provide a credit card number, what if a visitor is not comfortable providing a credit card number?

We leave that up to you as the owner/manager, you can have the visitor cover the tour fee using visitor pay which also provides additional verification of the visitor’s identity before scheduling a tour. We recommend the visitor pay setting.

Does a visitor need to verify their identity every time they schedule a tour?

No. The visitor does not have to complete the Identification again. We do verify that the user that created the account is the same user accessing your property at the door with live biometric verification, we use that verification to unlock the door.

Does anyone from my team need to be at the property during an InstaShow+ tour?

If the visitor requests the Owner of the listing to be present, yes. But, if they chose No and you have a bluetooth lock assigned to the listing, they can take a self-tour.

When can prospects take a tour?

Owners/managers use our robust scheduler to set the times and dates the property available. The recommended availability is 8am to 8pm or hours when your staff is available to manage chats during tours.

Am I notified when a tour starts?

Yes, everyone who is assigned to the property will be included in all notifications from scheduled tours to visitor chats. Notifications can be managed depending on team member roles.

How long do tours last?

InstaShow+ tours are set in 30-minute increments. If no tour is scheduled after the current tour, the visitor will have an opportunity to extend their tour for an additional 15 minutes.

How much do sign riders cost?

Our sign rider is completely free and reusable for all your listings!  Once you see the value, please check out our pricing page—our plans start as low as $19.99/month for up to four active listings.

How do the yard signs generate leads for me?

When visitors schedule a showing, they are required to identify themselves. We send you their photo, email, and phone number, which is automatically saved in our app under your corresponding listing. This ensures you capture every potential buyer’s information.

Do I need a different sign rider for each listing?

No! Our sign riders are reusable and work for all your listings. Each sign features a dynamic QR code that automatically directs visitors to the correct property in our app, making the process seamless and efficient.

What are the signs made of?

Our standard sign riders are 24 X 5.75 made from double-sided, weatherproof coroplast. They are reusable and feature a dynamic QR code that directs visitors to our app, allowing them to schedule showings directly with you.

How do I know this won’t be a waste of time and money?

When a potential buyer scans the QR code on the sign rider, they’ll be automatically prompted to download the app and schedule a showing—no extra effort required on your part.  Please click the link below to view the required MLS public and agent remarks, along with general property marketing details needed when setting up your listing. Please be aware that InstaShow+ only works when you direct prospects on how to schedule using the InstaShow+ app in the remark’s sections. This also ensures you will receive your verified buyer leads
