How to Delete a Lock or Request a Manual Code in the InstaShow+ App
Learn how to delete a lock or request a secure manual access code in InstaShow+ with this quick, step-by-step guide for property managers and agents.
Once you’re logged into the InstaShow+ app, tap the Settings icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen.
From the Settings menu, tap on the Locks tab to view your complete list of connected locks.
You’ll now see a list of all the locks linked to your account. Tap the one you want to manage—whether you’re generating a pin or removing it entirely.
This opens the Lock Details screen, where you can view, edit, or unlock the selected device.
Need one-time access? Tap Open Lock, then select Request Manual Code. A secure, unique pin will be generated immediately for safe entry.
To remove a lock, head back to your lock list and tap the device you’d like to delete.
On the Lock Details screen, tap Edit in the top-right corner.
Tap Delete, then confirm by selecting Yes. Your lock has now been successfully removed from your account.
