Sign Rider Promotion Terms and Conditions

Welcome! By requesting a free InstaShow+ Sign Rider (“Sign Rider”) through this promotional offer, you (“User” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) with Boxlty Access Systems, Inc. (“Boxlty”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read carefully.

1. Purpose of the Offer

The Sign Rider is provided free of charge to promote active real estate listings and generate leads through the InstaShow+ platform. It is intended to assist in capturing verified buyer or renter leads through our system.

2. Lead Capture Requirement

All leads generated through the Sign Rider (including QR codes, URLs, and associated call-to-actions) must be routed exclusively through the InstaShow+ platform.
You must maintain an active InstaShow+ account to manage, view, and respond to these leads.

3. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • The Sign Rider is yours to keep and reuse across multiple listings.
  • You may not alter, cover, modify, deface, rebrand, resell, transfer, or otherwise tamper with the Sign Rider’s logos, QR codes, or web links.
  • Unauthorized modification or use outside the intended InstaShow+ platform flow may result in deactivation of associated services or further action.

4. Availability and Shipping

  • Sign Riders are available while supplies last.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, deny requests, or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
  • Shipping is included at no cost. However, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, lost shipments, or delivery delays caused by third parties.

5. Account Registration

  • To qualify for a free Sign Rider, you must complete the InstaShow+ account registration process.
  • No credit card is required to register under this promotion.

6. No Resale or Redistribution

  • The Sign Rider is provided solely for your direct use to promote your listings.
  • Resale, gifting, or redistribution of Sign Riders to third parties without written approval from Boxlty is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

  • Boxlty Access Systems, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the number of leads generated or property sales/rentals achieved through use of the Sign Rider.
  • The Sign Rider is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Use of the Sign Rider does not create an agency, partnership, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Boxlty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boxlty Access Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or related to:

  • Use or misuse of the Sign Rider;
  • Loss or theft of the Sign Rider;
  • Lead outcomes or disputes related to leads generated through the Sign Rider.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your use of the Sign Rider and/or associated promotional benefits at any time if:

  • You violate these terms,
  • You misuse the platform,
  • Or you attempt to divert leads away from InstaShow+.

10. Agreement to InstaShow+ Terms of Service

Participation in this promotion also constitutes acceptance of the [InstaShow+ Terms of Service]. In case of conflict, the InstaShow+ Terms of Service shall control.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law principles.
